Felix on the activities team made us all cool bracelets and also taught a bracelet making class, he too was very friendly.
On our beach days, Maria and Jaime made sure we had a good spot and Katcha kept us in drinks and water. While at the pool our waiter all but one day was Caesar, he always had a smile on his face, and hustled all day long. On Jaimes’ day off Alejandro was in charge of the pool he was equally friendly and attentive, he even tracked down a missing umbrella for our chairs. The pool concierge Jaime is wonderful, he is so nice, friendly and attentive, after the first day meeting him he greeted us every morning with a smile and made sure we always had a good spot at the pool. There is a Dreams next door and we walked over to eat at one of the restaurants there called Mares, food was equally as good and our waiter Adrian was friendly and attentive. We liked the French and Japanese the best, but all were good. We ate at most of the restaurants and the food was amazing. The staff was friendly and always helpful. Our room was wonderful with a great view. Once we were done outside we spent time in the Preferred Club, where Fernando.
